Michelle S. Mcpherson (Age 55) Passed away July 7, 2024.
Michelle Shirley McPherson was born on May 8, 1969, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to the late Shirley May Liverpool and Alphonso Dickson. She was the third of seven children.
Michelle accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age. She was a dedicated member of The Church of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ Apostle Assembly.
On April 13, 2002, Michelle married Ronald McPherson. She was a loving mother to her only child; Anthony M. Torres Sr. Michelle received her education from the Philadelphia School District and pursued various careers throughout her life. Her compassionate nature was evident in her work as a home health aide, and her love for children shone through in her last position as a school bus attendant for disabled children with Durham Bus Company.
Michelle loved traveling with her husband and enjoyed dining out. She cherished spending time with her grandchildren.
On Sunday, July 7, 2024, God called Michelle home. She is preceded in death by her mother, Shirley May Liverpool. Michelle leaves behind to mourn her passing her devoted husband, Ronald McPherson; her son, Anthony M. Torres Sr. (Tiffany); and her four beloved grandchildren, Anthony Jr., Saniyah, Jada, and Dylan. She is also survived by her father, Alphonso Dickson; her three sisters, Shirley (Sal), Tabitha, and Tamara (Dwayne); her three brothers, Alphonso, Rudoff, and Anthony; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, church family, and friends.
Michelle’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
Relatives and friends are invited to her graveside Service and Burial.
