McDONALD, CATHERINE R. (nee Sullivan) – November 12, 2023.
Beloved wife of the late Thomas, whom she assisted in his vocation as a Philadelphia Funeral Director for 65 years.
Cass is dearest mother of Beth (Ed) Jakubowski, Kathi (Harry) Wahl, Tom (Helen) and Jim (Jo Anna). Also blessed with 12 grandchildren and 19 (and days away from 20) great grandchildren. Sister of Betty O’Brien, Maureen Giacchino, and the late Jack (KIA Korea 1953) and Frank Sullivan.
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing 9:30 AM followed by Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM on Saturday, November 18th at Redeemer Sisters’s Chapel 521 Moredon Road, Huntington Valley, PA.
Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
Our condolences and prayers are with the Gill family during this difficult time. It is always with a sad heart to lay to rest a precious family member. Cass will be missed by all. May God bless you all in this difficult time.

Dear Beth,Kathie Tom,and Jimmy, So sorry to hear of the passing of your Mom. She was a wonderful, caring and kind person, as your Dad had the same qualities.. We were neighbors for 31 years and friends longer than that. I have wonderful memories of the times we spent together and the times ,we all went out North’s Socials and Shows downtown.
