Angie (52) left us on March 17, 2022
Angie was born in Philadelphia, PA and is survived by her children Tiffany, Tabitha (Chris), and Shawn Jr. Gam to Layla, Jaiden, Navaeh, Gia, and the late Lamarr Jr. Sister of Annette, Alicia, January, and William. She was predeceased by (father) Tommy Martin (mother) Mary Martin.
Viewing services will be held at the Guckin Funeral Mansion, 3330 G Street, Philadelphia PA 19134 on Tuesday, March 22nd from 5-8pm
There are certain people that you meet as a child or in life and no matter how long of a time goes by before you see them again,
It’s as if no amount of distance or time came between the closeness or comfort ness that you felt with that person 💜 Angie was one of those people, who would act as tho no time gap existed or mattered – she had that way about her. She LOVED her Kids and especially her grandchildren, there was nothing that she wouldn’t do for them. She would be glowing when she would tell me stories of how Gia would say Gam, play barbies with me 💕 – She loved those kids so much and they made her so happy 💜. Angie always helped anyone she could, she definitely wore her heart on her sleeve and even if the person was trying to get over or take advantage she still helped them, knowing that they weren’t deserving of her kindness, but she still helped whoever she could, those of you who are reading this that she helped and you truly didn’t deserve her help, trust me She knew, you didn’t get over on her, she knew but she still helped if she could because that was the type of person she is 💜. I am gonna miss her funny stories, I’m gonna miss the way whenever I seen her it was a feeling of comfort, because we came from the same place and it just felt like “home” – the only thing that brings me some comfort is knowing that she is being reunited with her Dad because she was still grieving terribly over the loss of her father, not a day went by that she didn’t miss him, speak of him or wish she had more time with him 💔. So it brings me some comfort knowing that she is with him. I also know that she will still be involved with her kids and grandkids, whatever she is capable of doing for them still she will, and she will let them know that she is still here with them 💜. I’m gonna miss you girl and your laughter 🙏💜🙏
